Love the chain and love this particular location. Been here two or more dozen time in the past 7-9 years and always find something - even if it's not what I'm looking for at the moment, I usually walk out at least with an idea, some inspiration, or something I didn't know I needed, but now want lol. Staff is usually friendly, though of course, there are the occasional grumps and slouches.

It was our first time at this store, it was so clean and spacious with tons of things to give you an idea on how you would like to organize your space or items. The staff were super friendly and they are pet friendly too! David, the gentlemen that was checking us out, was super nice and explained how we could validate our parking (heck yeah) and was very informative about their programs and services they offer. He even helped us load our things in the car! Definitely had a great first time experience.

Fantastic store in ridge hill. I never could have imagined that there are so many shapes and sizes of containers etc. This store is large and the as them all ! The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and the prices are very fair.

This store will take all your money lol. Little bit of this little bit of that your shopping cart could be $500+. Great products little pricey it’s like Home goods and Home sense and Home Depot had a baby this store the result.

I had a big renovation project and Nidia along with her team were SO helpful guiding us through selecting which items were best and designing the closet system we needed. We come back to them again and again because we get the same high-quality service every time!

I went to the Ridgehill location. Purchased my shoeboxes. The two gentlemen that were there helped out immensely with great customer service. Great experience shopping here.

Great place for giving you ideas on how to organize your space. They have all cool ideas for all spaces. Garage organizing,bedrooms kitchen..... I highly recommend coming to this place and shop. It is the wonderland of being organized ✨️

I had a great experience at The Container Store. I worked with Diane, and everything was smooth from start to finish. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and provided excellent customer service. I also really like the Elfa closet system I purchased, great quality and exactly what I needed. Highly recommend!
